We offer bi-monthly deliveries to ensure you always have delicious meals on hand. Our ordering windows close on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, with deliveries scheduled for the following weeks. Choose from doorstep delivery or one of our local pick-up locations!

Yes, our meals are customizable. You have the option to remove ingredients that can be individually taken out, such as onions from the lasagna. However, certain items like sour cream in the cornbread muffins cannot be removed due to inability to not affect the final product. Please include any customizations in the special instructions section when ordering.

All meals come with cooking and/or reheating instructions! Meals are either Crockpot or Instant Pot friendly, oven ready or quick stove top cook!

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order for any reason after the 24 hour window, you will be issued a credit good for 120 days to use on a future purchase. Please contact us at info@iceboxeats.com to modify or cancel any orders.

Yes. We use organic, non GMO ingredients. We also use grass fed, organic, pasture raised and wild caught meats. We never use seed oils.

If cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement, we issue a full refund in the original form of payment. Orders canceled outside of the 24 hour period will be issued a credit good for 120 days.
